Grape Tweed Sportcoat
Tweed is our cold-season staple - and except for its obvious advantages like warmth and robustness, what we love about it is the fact that it is one of the best cloths to introduce a bit of colour into your wardrobe. This year, we're adding an unconventional shade into the mix with our Violet Grape Tweed Jacket.
Violet may not sound like a popular menswear colour, but it might as well become your new favourite one - this cold-but-vivid shade reminiscent of grape skin works beautifully with a default colour palette of greys, blues and beiges.
Try it with your favourite pair of jeans and an OCBD, it will work just right - but if you feel like dressing up, take a pair of grey flannels or some beige tailored trousers, button up your shirt and add an Ancient Madder or Wool Challis tie.
