GENERAL INFORMATION FOR NON-EU CUSTOMERS
• Non-EU customers see prices with 0% VAT (23% less compared to EU prices).
• Customers are responsible for any customs, import duties, and clearance fees in their country. Please check with local authorities for these fees.
RETURNS
• Dear Customer, you have 30 days to return goods from the date you receive your order. Non-EU customers have 45 days.
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS IN TWO WAYS?
• For customers with an account: Use the return module in your account tab.
• For customers without an account: Print and fill out the return form (found here: https://www.poszetka.com/eng-returns-and_replacements.html).
In both cases, send the product, at your expense, to: Poszetka.com, Sokolska 78, 40-087 Katowice, Poland.
We can also send you a UPS RETURN LABEL (EU customers only). Inform us by email at orders@poszetka.com with your order number in the title. We will send you the price for your acceptance. After receiving and printing the label, take the shipment to a local UPS point.
FREE RETURNS FOR FRANCE:
• If you select UPS when placing your order, you will receive a return label with your shipment, so you do not need to request one by email.
