THE KATOWICE:

Split toe shoes are less formal than oxfords, but are still suitable as a part of a normal, daily business outfit.

The Katowice is a shoe produced in Spain, made with the best and first quality box-calf and hand-sewn using Blake construction. Mounting it on our Wellesley last we were able to manufacture an elongated shoe and with a more rounded tip. The rubber sole is a guarantee that rainy days won’t be a problem anymore. In addition, our patented FlexiComfort system will absorb the weight of the foot making your walk comfortable and you won’t have to suffer during the long days in the office. 

Wellesley Last: The Wellesley is shorter last with a round sharp tip, the result is a more visually compact form and with a little bit more edge than the Crawford. All pf this makes it the perfect choice for mounting on Balmoral and Chukka boots.

This last has a wide instep and subtly marked shank, making it ideal for penny loafers as well as tasseled Oxfords. The Wellesley is certainly one of our most versatile and popular lasts.

Materials:

All of our shoes from our classic line are made with Dupuy box calf, from one of the best tanneries of the world. We guarantee color, texture and unique smell in all of our models.

Packaging:

Our passion lies in shoes, but we know that perfection is found in details and little things. In Crownhill Shoes, we take great care of presenting our shoes, this is why all of our shoes come in an elegant yet simple black box with our logo and the brand name.

Inside the box you will find a shoehorn with which you can put on your shoes on comfortably to avoid any damage. A good shoe must always be put on with a shoehorn.

You will also find an elegant black bag made of Italian cotton in order to protect your shoes and shield them from dirt, scratches and direct sunlight which in time may damage the leather of the shoes. Our cotton bag is ideal to take your shoes with you wherever you go while remaining stylish.
