Light Olive ‘POSZ107’ Fatigues

After the POSZ-53 trousers in our Working Class series, we turned to another very distinctive military style: the American “fatigues,” also known as OG107s.

Compared to the original, we made a few small changes, like angular pocket corners, which look cleaner — especially on the back flaps — and an added small workwear-style side pocket, perfect for keys or sunglasses. These tweaks make the trousers more practical for today while keeping their original character.

We used Japanese cotton sateen, similar to the fabric the U.S. Army used in the 1960s - but instead of a dark, strong olive, we chose a lighter, washed-out shade, reminiscent of the color these trousers usually developed after years of wear. The fabric is dyed this way from the start, so there’s no need for extra washing — the natural softening and patina will come from wearing them your way.

This style is now a classic not only in workwear style, but also in Ivy and everyday casual. Fatigues work with everything - from sweatshirts and T-shirts, through OCBDs and western shirts, to sportcoats and blazers.
