Stripes - Can't go wrong with some silhouette-slimming stripes. Width of the stripes is the main indicator here. In a nutshell, the wider the stripes, the less formal the shirt is. There are many colour combinations to choose and experiment with, while the pattern itself poses a nice little challenge to coordinate with others. If you don't feel like doing any effort though, just don a pair of jeans to match and you're done for the day.
