Navy Wool & Mohair Suit
A classic navy suit doesn’t have to be boring. We wanted to offer something formal that works just as well for ceremonies as it does for evening outings. This is a suit you can style in a classic way, but also wear with a more relaxed approach.
We've made it from 73% wool with a 27% mohair blend – making the fabric breathable, and more resistant to creasing. It reflects light gently, adding a subtle sheen that becomes especially striking in the evening. We went for a striking cut with padded shoulders and spalla con rollino tailoring, adding structure and a touch of 70s-inspired formality to the silhouette.
It pairs best with a classic white or blue shirt and tie for a timeless look. But the wool-mohair blend also opens the door to more “cocktail-style” combinations – think a polo shirt or an unbuttoned seersucker shirt, sunglasses, and loafers.
