Black Selvedge Jeans

Frankly, we've been on a quest for the perfect denim for quite some time - but it wasn't until recently that we finally developed the ultimate Everyday Classic jeans range that we are truly satisfied with, with new colors being added over time.

These jeans are made locally in Poland from 14oz Selvedge Denim sourced straight from Okayama, Japan. Featuring a new, refreshed regular cut (tapered from the knee down) - same one as our White Selvedge Jeans - they sport a high rise and a classic, sportcoat-friendly, Ivy-adjacent silhouette. Poszetka denim is recognized by a button fly and a minimalist approach to details, with tone-on-tone stitching - exactly what we (and you, probably) expect from a classic pair of jeans that can be worn over and over, on a daily basis, for years to come.

Even with our black denim, we stay true to the core denim principles - maintaining a colored warp and undyed weft, which creates a subtle black top and grey underside effect, rather than an all-black, overdyed look. Think less punk rock, more minimalist tonal style. And like all of our jeans, these have been rinsed and pre-shrunk - so there’s no need to guess your sizing.

You can wear these even with your sportcoats, OCBDs, and regimental ties - or with your cowboy hat, black shirt, and sleek Chelsea boots. Like every good pair of jeans, they suit a wide variety of styles. It’s just denim, it’s a classic -wear it your way and enjoy it exactly how you like it!
