All returns processed by our shop are managed in a easy-to-use returns wizard which gives you the ability to send a return parcel.
How to activate the gift card:
1. The value set for the specific card can cover both the costs of the product/s and the delivery.
2. After placing the order please choose the "GIFTCARD CODE" as your method of payment. Enter the giftcard code in the pop-up window.
3. If the value of your order exceeds that of your giftcard - please choose a different payment method to cover the difference.
4. If the value of your order is lower than that of your giftcard - you may spend it on future order (as webstore credit).
5. The giftcard is valid one year from the date of purchase.
The purchase of a giftcard is not elligible for any discounts. The giftcard has a set, predetermined value.
When activating the giftcard, the loyalty discounts are automatically added and calculated at the moment of comitting a purchase using the giftcard.
