The fabric comes from Italian Como with rich traditions in the silk production. An exceptional weave of silk fibres forms a rare and prestigious fabric known as grenadine. In its traditional version, the material is woven on antique looms for the jacquard production. Only two workshops in the world are capable of meeting this challenge. Grenadine ties are referred to as the ties of Her Majesty’s agent, as famous James Bond had a liking for them.

Beautiful tie. I asked for this tie to be made to a different specification from the tie offered(148cm/8cm). I requested a 150cm in length and 9cm wide tie! And my wish was granted! Poszetka is very much my go to online shop. I can't say enough about the service and quailty of their offerings and I'm looking forward to the AW 19/20 range.

Very nice fabric, knots and drapes beautifully.
I have other ties of the same price, but this is definitely higher quality. Came in a very nice cardboard box that would work perfectly for a gift.
I had somehow expected the tie to be darker in person that in picture, but the picture is actually correct.
