Very good communication, I asked questions about sizing and got a quick and precise answer. The order was sent quickly. One small extra service I would love is to have a pre-paid return label included in the parcel. I am happy to pay for the return price (eg you could deduct it from the reimbursement made) but having a pre-paid label would allow me to just drop the package to a parcel shop or locker, instead of going to the post office and make the whole process which takes time and can only be done at certain hours.

Order came in on time and the jacket is nice, but there was a price tag of a different brand and product in one of the pockets, suggesting it had been worn before. Check your returns more closely.
