Very good communication, I asked questions about sizing and got a quick and precise answer. The order was sent quickly. One small extra service I would love is to have a pre-paid return label included in the parcel. I am happy to pay for the return price (eg you could deduct it from the reimbursement made) but having a pre-paid label would allow me to just drop the package to a parcel shop or locker, instead of going to the post office and make the whole process which takes time and can only be done at certain hours.
