Olive HBT POSZ-53 Pants

The case here is similar to what led us to create our Utility Shirt - we found the perfect Japanese olive HBT fabric (exactly the same one, in fact) and set out to make just the right pair of pants for our Working Class series. We call them POSZ-53, as a tribute to the P-53 US Army trousers, which, if you ask us, might be the ideal pair of military trousers to suit the modern wardrobe.

The design is straightforward (flat front, belt loops, inseam pockets) and comfortable (high-rise, relaxed fit), yet not boring (metal buttons, patch pockets in the back). It’s a military-leaning alternative to chinos - with just a bit more character, if you will.

Naturally, the proportions and attention to detail are updated, well-balanced, and modern - we’ve made these trousers in Poland, in the same workshop that now handles our tailored trousers. After all, this is workwear of the past, for the labor of today, made by Poszetka.

The Working Class series is made from durable fabrics designed to withstand the test of time. Apart from the denim, these are all unwashed and untreated - they start tough but soften with each wear. Depending on how you treat them, they will develop a unique patina and wear pattern.
