White Flap Pocket Work Shirt - Working Class
For the first-ever Working Class collection release, we’ve prepared three shirts that we see as perfect work shirts – each in its own unique way. The white one, perhaps surprisingly, is the heaviest of the three - for a reason.
There’s something incredibly appealing about a simple white shirt made from a casual cloth and cut in a way that allows you to wear it even in a fully relaxed style. Both Tomek and Mateusz can attest to this – they’ve tested their shirts extensively, wearing and washing them multiple times, observing how the shirt gradually softens and evolves. The thick poplin has a wonderfully firm feel initially, but its stiffness gives way over time, becoming comfortably broken-in.
The plain white background lets the details stand out – we’ve designed this shirt with twin teardrop-shaped pockets with flaps, a long-point collar with a soft interlining, and a three-panel sleeve for added reinforcement. Like the other Working Class shirts, it fits slightly looser than our usual slim-fit shirts (but not overly so!) and is designed to be worn both tucked in and untucked for a more casual look. It draws from classic work shirts of decades past but feels absolutely contemporary – as workwear of the past, for the labor of today should.
About fabric: The Working Class series is made from durable fabrics designed to withstand the test of time. Apart from the denim, these are all unwashed and untreated - they start tough but soften with each wear. Depending on how you treat them, they will develop a unique patina and wear pattern.
