In this episode of The Questionnaire, we talk to Szymon Jeziorko, a menswear blogger better known for his All Tied Up blog. Welcome!

1. Tell us briefly about yourself. What do you do and what is your everyday life like?
I am a doctor, I deal with neurology. Contrary to popular belief, this is a part of medicine where a lot is happening and there are more and more new opportunities to help patients - whether they are people who had a stroke or with diseases such as multiple sclerosis. It is really interesting, and the medical profession, although not light, is satisfying.
2. How did you discover menswear and how did this journey begin?
It started somehow around my second year of studies. Earlier I knew that there were some rules regarding wearing more elegant clothes - some things are worn like this, care about it, it's connected with this and that. So I started searching, reading - and soaking up. Then I started a blog, which at first was rather a record of my gradual learning of the subject before it finally became something that I consider valuable to people other than myself.
3. How would you describe your everyday style? Do you have any particular style that you love and stick to?
Mostly I wear my hospital uniform, scrubs, on daily basis. But outside work - a lot depends on the circumstances. If I go out to people, it is usually something smart casual: a jacket, jeans or woolen/flannel pants, a shirt, sometimes a tie. If I spend the whole day at home, just going out with my dog, well - I have comfortable black cargo pants and a warm t-shirt and sweatshirt from Uniqlo.
4. Your favourite piece of clothing?
Pants, I think. I happen to find a RTW jacket or a coat that looks and fit the way I want - but with pants it almost never happens. I have very specific preferences in how they are supposed to fit me and look - and if I find them, I don't let go. And there are my favorite details - for example, gurkha fastening in high-waisted trousers.
5. Your favourite, most worn pair of shoes?
I have a pair of Yanko shoes hand-painted by Andrzej (The Shine), sleek three-eyelet derbys - and I don't usually like derbies. Those, however, turned out so great that I enjoy even just looking at them. They are also really comfortable once broke-in.
6. The single favourite item in your wardrobe?
Tough question. I have few pieces that I really, really like and I'd not want to part with. But the thing among them, that I've had for the longest time, is my heavily-altered (by my tailor) military coat. It weighs a ton, is totally weatherproof and looks damn stylish.
7. The garment that you have been dreaming of, but still have not acquired?
I could find some things. For example, a raglan coat. However, I am no longer pressured to fill those few gaps in my wardrobe - all in good time.
8. Your biggest style icon and the biggest inspiration?
Hard to say. I'm trying not to have any single icon - I don't want to copy anyone's style or get too focused on just one person. I take from various sources, little-by-little.
9. Tell us three of your favourite, most inspiring (menswear related) Instagram accounts.
@ethandesu - both elegant and casual style shown by a guy of a difficult shape, but totally knowing what he does.
@yoheifukudashoemaker - I know a lot of people already know this account, but damn, those are the most beautiful shoes I've ever seen.
@jonnyleighart - Jonny, London-based illustrator that draws great images, mainly menswear-related.
10. What makes you like Poszetka.com the most?
You march forward and constantly evolve, developing the range of products. There are always new things in the making - but it's not being done at all costs. I like that steady pace, reflection and lack of rush. If you have to do something, do it well or just leave it.
11. Your favourite product from Poszetka.com range? What would you recommend in particular?
Your original pocket square designs that are small works of art (sometimes literally, reproductions of art on the pocket square material) - I love them.
12. What are your hobbies apart from your job and the menswear world?
I absorb a lot of pop culture. I like to follow trends in it, people's reactions, things that are not on top, but which can be dug up when you think and think.
Thank you Szymon for the talk. It was a pleasure!
