This fabric combines the qualities of cotton seersucker and linen, and its 70/30 composition makes it an ideal summer shirt. The pronounced texture, even though subtler than in the classic all-cotton variants, breaks the white monotony and makes this shirt a more nuanced option.
Our summer button-downs are made following our semi-casual OCBD formula: featuring a lightly lined collar (designed to be worn with or without a tie), a convenient chest pocket, wide placket and a box pleat for added comfort. This versatile cut strikes a balance between our most casual unlined collar shirts and typical business-oriented spread collar variants, making it an easy everyday choice.
It’s a lightweight, breathable, and highly versatile piece. It pairs well with a linen suit, a summer sportcoat, or a classic blazer, and works best alongside fabrics and accessories with a noticeable texture.
