A pocket square made from from 100% silk, which gives the colors exceptional vibrancy while adding depth and a subtle sheen to the pattern. As with all our pocket squares, the edges are hand-rolled by our seamstresses locally in Katowice.

The pattern is inspired by the painting “The Milkmaid” by Johannes Vermeer, created around 1658. It is one of the most famous depictions of an everyday scene in Dutch Baroque painting focused on light, color, and a simple gesture. Vermeer was known for his extraordinary precision and mastery of light, which in his works builds atmosphere and gives the scenes an almost timeless sense of calm.
