Dark Brown Moleskin Camp Collar Workshirt

While summer has its popovers and safari shirts, we felt our fall/winter range was missing a similar style — something that would look right with heavier fabrics and work as an everyday shirt with a few interesting details. That idea led to this new cut in our casual Working Class line, inspired by vintage workshirts and the American aesthetic of the 1950s and ’60s.

Thanks to its substantial weight, this is a shirt that can double as an overshirt: the dense, soft moleskin cotton provides good insulation and a real sense of warmth, while the looser, shorter cut with a straight hem makes it particularly well suited to wearing this way, with an extra layer underneath. The camp collar has no collar stand, allowing it to spread naturally - but there is also a hidden button that lets you close the shirt under the neck if it gets really cold. The two flap pockets are left without fastenings for easier access, while the front is finished with matching-color snap buttons.

We like wearing shirts like this in the simplest way possible, with jeans and thrown over a T-shirt or henley — but there’s nothing stopping you from having a little more fun with the layers, adding a lightweight shirt underneath or a sportcoat on top.
