Barbour Icons Ashby Wax Sage

The Barbour Icons Ashby Jacket offers a modern take on the iconic Ashby style from the "Icons" collection, distinguished by unique detailing throughout. Its signature accent lies in the external Classic Tartan waxed cotton panels along the sides and underarms, which break up the solid profile of the standard model. The jacket is finished with a bias-cut cotton lining and a subtle, tonal logo embroidered on the left pocket flap.

The Ashby is the younger brother of the Beaufort and Bedale, introduced in 2011. It has a more tailored silhouette and a slimmer cut, making it a better fit for taller and slimmer builds. Its length allows the jacket to be worn comfortably both with a jacket and in more casual outfits. The Navy colorway looks almost black - it’s a calm, highly versatile tone, far from the stereotypical British Country look.

The Sage color — a cool green closer to navy than brown — feels slightly more urban in character than most green tones on waxed cotton, blending naturally into the cityscape and its palette.
