Gift Card Terms and Conditions

How to Use a Gift Card:

1. During the checkout process, select "gift card code" as the payment method and then enter the card number. Do not enter the gift card code in the "discount code" field.

2. The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. It can be used both in the online store at poszetka.com and in the physical store located at Morcinka 23 in Katowice.

3. The value assigned to the gift card can cover the costs of products and shipping.

4. If the order value exceeds the amount on the gift card, the difference can be paid using another payment method.

5. If the order value is lower than the amount on the gift card, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases.

6. In case of returning products purchased with a gift card, the funds for the returned products will be credited to the customer's balance. These funds can be used for future purchases, both online and in-store.

7. Purchasing a gift card is not subject to discounts. The card has a fixed value and a fixed fee, depending on the chosen amount.

8. A receipt or invoice for products purchased using the gift card will be issued at the time of payment. The customer purchasing the gift card will receive a purchase confirmation.
