Terms and Conditions of the 2+1 Promotion

The following rules outline the terms and conditions of the 2+1 promotion offered on the www.poszetka.com website and in Poszetka.com and Poszetka stationary stores.


§1. Who is organizing the promotion?

§2. Rules of the 2+1 Promotion

  1. Eligibility:
    During the promotional period, customers who purchase at least three marked products in a single transaction are eligible to receive the least expensive item for 1 EUR. If more than three items are purchased, the discount will still apply to only one item—the least expensive of all purchased products.

  2. Qualifying Products:

    • The promotion applies to items marked with the "2+1" graphic on www.poszetka.com or in-store.
    • Products already discounted, part of another promotional event, gift cards, or pre-order items are excluded from this offer.
    • Wholesale purchases and loyalty discounts cannot be combined with this promotion.
  3. How the Discount is Applied:

    • Online store: The discount will automatically apply at checkout when eligible items are added to the cart.
    • Physical stores: Customers must inform the staff before the receipt is printed.

§3. Promotion Duration

The promotion runs from 22 November 2024 to 30 November 2024.


§4. Returns and Exchanges

  1. Returns:

    • Orders made under the 2+1 promotion can only be canceled or returned in full.
    • Partial returns will result in recalculation of the discount or forfeiture of the promotion.
  2. Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are only possible within the same category and price range.
    • Customers must contact orders@poszetka.com with the order number and desired product details.
    • After confirmation, ship the item to:
      Poszetka.com, ul. Sokolska 78, 40-087 Katowice (return shipping costs covered by the customer).
    • Mark the parcel with the word "EXCHANGE" and include the order number.

§5. Complaints

  1. Filing a Complaint:
    Complaints regarding the promotion must be submitted within 14 days of its end, either by:

    • Sending an email to orders@poszetka.com with the subject "Complaint."
    • Mailing a letter to the organizer's address.
  2. Resolution:
    The organizer will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint. Customers will be informed of the decision via email or letter.

  1. Availability of Terms:
    These terms are available on the website and in the organizer's stores.

  2. Right to Amend:
    The organizer reserves the right to amend these rules, provided such changes do not harm the rights of customers.
